The hotel had well-appointed rooms and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was exceptional, and the location was perfect for exploring the city center. Plus, the covered parking was great during the wintertime.
The restaurant was overbooked on New Year's Eve, and we had to wait for 30 minutes even though we had pre-booked a table. The service was slow due to the lack of staff, and this made our experience less enjoyable.

The hotel's location is great, right in the heart of the downtown area, close to everything. the rooms are comfortable, well-maintained and have all the necessary amenities. the breakfast provided has a wide range of dishes that cater for all tastes and dietary requirements. the staff are friendly, accommodating and provide excellent service.
The parking can be a bit difficult to find in the busy downtown area.

Fantastic central location, easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. the breakfast had a great variety of typical German foods that made our mornings delicious. the staff was always friendly and helpful.
The room was a bit warm during the night and the slow-moving shower drain was inconvenient. It was also challenging to find parking in the area.
